Recycling Campaign for Erie County Department of Environment and Planning Our ‘Beautiful Buffalo’ campaign aims to increase recycling rates among Buffalo’s citizens with a new brand identity currently appearing on billboards, city buses and a direct mail piece to be sent in October. This campaign identifies every city resident’s desire and optimism for a better future, with lush photos and green views of Buffalo’s waterfront and parks offering the beauty of the city as the reward for recycling.
